Nov. 21st, 2010 10:10 pmOkay, I've made slides for some of the lessons (wooooo fractions) I'm teaching this week.
Everything will be okay. I will get through this.
Then why do I still feel so awful?
Why does it feel like everything's about to end?
And nothing can still my nervously-beating heart.
Tonight's supper was the only meal I had since Friday night (I've been snacking on cookies). I deserve better than this.
I have never had nerves as bad as this. No, not even in front of a hundred people.
I don't know why.
I just... don't understand.

Date: 2010-11-22 05:40 am (UTC)We all experience it at different times in during different situations, it would be abnormal if you weren't nervous at all.
Perhaps its because you are still getting use to your new role as the "teacher" so with time, you'll warm up to it and it will become natural for you.
Good luck and "don't be 'too' nervous"!
