May. 10th, 2009 12:48 amI NEED to say something to HER about all this. Her "leadership" style isn't really doing anything positive for the group's morale. (e.g. Interrupting people's tasks in order to tell us frivolous things that are SUPER-obvious.) And it's turning what is otherwise a really really fun job into an insufferable chore and an unproductive atmosphere.
But how, and what? I know I'm not strong enough to maintain my composure if she turns it back on me. This isn't anywhere near being on the scale of "I'm not leaving this room until you let me go to Finland"-desperate.
