The night after 'The Half-Time Show' I took off on sick leave because I was still feeling somewhat ill, and I returned to work on Thursday night...

I was asked to come in an hour early to get more crazy moving done before the renovators showed up. I mentioned the young'un the other day - he's really really really getting on my nerves now.

When my supervisor asked him firmly why he wasn't in at 10pm (as I was), he was claiming ignorance and all (I don't think he was lying) but behind her back he'd bitch about it. Or he'd slack off and make stupid lazy-ass comments and jokes (at least when my supervisor makes jokes they're appropriate, not offensive, and we can all laugh along). Or complain about his hands going numb from pulling fixtures using nylon straps (you wrap them around your hand, not your wrist, stupid).

I may be much smaller, a girl, and not much older than him but there's a time when one learns that just because you get hassled for something that may really totally have not been your fault, you *can* keep your mouth shut. And that you *need* to be a cooperative and respectful person all the time, whether there are 2 people or 8 people or 200 people around you.

I am NOT putting up with his 'tude. At one point my supervisor accosted him for saying something disrespectful to her and warned him that it was a coachable offence. I can't wait to see him get fired :P
