Tickets for the concert Oct. 3 are $29 (service charges additional) this time, reserved seats. They're already selling...I'd better pick up a ticket soon, I'm sure they'll be sold out. And I want a decent seat.

Yeah...they've become a Big Deal since they were here last time.

Expensive tickets, indeed ...

Where will they be giving their concert? I mean, classical or pop conert hall or jazzclub? How many people do you think will be attending the concert?

E.g. with an expectation of about 200 or less, I'm pretty sure they'd play 2 evenings at the JazzClub Unterfahrt here in Munich. Although on those evenings I wouldn't wanna do the evening box office, which is the only way of getting tickets - places and tickets can be reserved, but that means even more effort for the guy at the entrance (and thus at the evening box office), because then you have to look through an extra list with names and numbers of tickets/places reserved ... It's a cool jazzclub, though. :-)

It's going to be in the large concert hall here (1900 seats or so). Last time it was pretty crazy, I don't think it was sold out last time, but they literally became popular here overnight after that concert. Last time the tickets were less expensive ($18) because they were sponsored by a couple of the local childrens' choruses.

Looking at their concert calender, they do have several gigs lined up for Germany, and the prices are pretty up there, too.
