I wanted to record two songs today, but my neighbour's been banging on the wall whenever I start singing anything powerful, which obviously means I'm bothering her studying (stupid dorm rooms, with drywall walls. They just don't make buildings the way they used to). Maybe I should stick to doing 2AM recording sessions, when she's asleep.
Regardless, here's my attempt (3.53MB) at Within Temptation's "Memories".
I just noticed something - personally, WT is easier for me to sing, but harder for me to sing well, while NW is harder for me to sing, but easier for me to sing well (better, anyway). Which poses a slight problem.
You know what this problem is.
