"Stand My Ground" (3.0MB)
I guess the enthusiasm of it being my new anthem really helps. My voice kinda cracks for the second verse, but I really really really give this song my all for good reason. I feel a lot of desperation in this song and dressing up in costume to sing it (with my cloak and a dagger) helps too :) I also found myself being able to stand further away from the mic and still have it record at a reasonable volume :)
I've printed out the lyrics and taped them beside my bed, and written the chorus on the whiteboard outside my dorm room.
And now I'm off to the mall to buy this album :)
(Dude, they're Dutch. I'm allowed to love them... just not as much as anything Finnish.)
