Pointeh?

That is all. Why must pointys be so overpriced? ($29.99). It came really unpointy as well, but the dealer offered to sharpen it for free (I mean, what's the point [pun not intended] of one of these if it's not sharp?). Even so, he admitted that the stones of the sharpener were getting a little old and worn and didn't get it as sharp as he wanted it to be.

So get one Arkansas hard and one Washita soft and stone it yourself?

Sharpening stones aren't expensive. Should cost less than that tonto that isn't.

the Edmonton post you made...

I spent years working with AMEC and then moved to CTA here in Edmonton. Since your in Materials it shouldn't be to tough to get into one of those. BUT ya... Driving was a daily thing I spent hours and hours on the road. I'm pretty sure it's something you are going to hafta deal with. Oh and I seriously hope you don't go into the Geotech field cause it pays horrible and the work repeats itself daily.

Problem is, I don't have the time right now to even think about taking driving lessons again - considering I had about two total mental breakdowns last term, the last thing I need is to kick my anxiety into action again... :(

P.S. Is your icon from "Rejected"?

I stole it from else where... I just like the whole LOOK AT ME I'M TRAPPED IN AN ICON appeal... oh and sorry to say.. Driving is a fact of life in that area of work. It's just tough to get a sample and get it back to the lab on the bus in your backpack..
