Work IV: Return of the Bitch(girl)

'Nuff said about yesterday.

Although she seemed to stay off my back a little bit because I told Chelsea about it. Even though bitchgirl seems to be a victim of favouritism. Honestly, it's not like I don't know HOW to run the till, it's that I'm not efficient or really all that effective and it and isn't it true that if you want to get as much business going through as possible, you want efficient staff at each task?

I still hate this.

that favoritism - in an industry like that, it's often seen based upon trust, and that stems from quality of employee * length of time worked.

So a moderate employee who's been there a year is going to be favored over even a good employee who's been there three weeks. Reason: turnover rate.....

Heck, I've seen disgustingly bad employees who've been there for a couple years get favored over amazing employees who were there only a few weeks/months.
