Now they've turned the music down a bit, but they're still singing and stuff and I can still hear some talking sounds from outside my bedroom window. And also my friend (who lives on the other side of the building) told me that there's an outdoor concert on that side there, so even *she* can't sleep. It's like sleepless night or something.
