Dec. 19th, 2007 08:34 amDo not let caution ruin the fulfillment of a promise: let it be governed by principles of caution, but neither wait until absolutely sure of no possibility of harm, nor let oneself be concerned by it day and night. For we shall arrange what we can, and follow it, and the rest is up to God.
And if bad things then happen on the way, do not blame oneself, for God has let it happen. Do not dwell on it nor let it overwhelm the spirit of the promise.
This promise is one made alone: its fulfillment does not benefit the world. Thus it must be faced alone, but it will bring about the closing of a circle that was broken by the tearing away of meaning so long ago.
The circle will be mended - but remember it will never be the same as it was before.
