Silly maintenance people.
Jul. 11th, 2006 08:07 pmWhat genius has all of the walls and doors repainted (well, the walls were actually touched-up, so to speak), room numbers repainted above the existing whiteboards beside each door, THEN replaces the old whiteboards (some of which are differently sized than the new ones)?
I had one of the aforementioned irregularly sized old whiteboards. It was about the same width as the new one, but a lot longer and with square corners instead of round corners. Now there's a huge unpainted area above and below my whiteboard, and an irregularly large space between the board and my room number (the room numbers used to be on the doors until they repainted the doors). In fact, this unpainted area is a different colour (pale yellow) outlining the shape of yet another previous whiteboard (about the same size as the new one), and then it's rosy/brownish pink (the colour of the doors) under that, just a tad darker than the current paint job.
