Why didn't anyone tell me!??!!!

Now, there's a very very long time friend of mine named Zoe. She went to school with me from Grade 4 to, well, 12, and now she's one of those UCalgary engineering students, you see. She lives within walking distance from my place in Calgary, maybe 4 or 5 blocks away.
That's irrelevant, but Creepy Mike just told me that he's now her neighbour (not next door, though: Robyn - someone in my grade 1 class - probably still claims the next-door-neighbour title)!!
I, um, DIDN'T NEED TO KNOW THAT!!?
On the other hand, if I had known earlier, then at least I would have had someone to visit over the holiday break, since I was bored out of my mind and attempts to contact DutchKid#2 (who was in town, just not very contact-able) were met with miserable failure. And now DutchKid's off to Australia for a couple of terms. I doubt I'll hear from him again for a while :(
