I've got a degree in physical sciences. I'm an official engineering dropout! AND an official teacher training dropout! But guess what - LINGUISTICS IS AWESOME.

...they call me an existentialist. Only now do I know why.

I'm a native Cantonese speaker and can read a bit of Chinese (this is for all those linguaphiles posts I end up replying to).
